At Foxbridge, highly trained wellness staff, under the guidance of our Medical Director, provides assisted living service. You may decide on a tailored plan that includes assistance with such services as medication administration or activities of daily living.

For residents with memory loss or related dementia, we have two cottages that serve different levels of memory impairment. One of these cottages has a coded entry door for added security.

Foxbridge was the first community in Tennessee to have our staff trained in Fundamentals of Dementia Care, a nationally accredited program taught by the Alzheimer’s Association.
